- What would happen if these builders refused to build the plane mid-flight or complained about the challenges? What would happen if you refused to do your job until the conditions were ideal?
- Describe the attitudes of the builders. How did they perceive their work? How could they have perceived their work?
- These builders have established procedures to help them build the plane and keep it in the air. What procedures do you have to maintain existing operations? What procedures do you have to improve upon or introduce new operations?
